Topic: Washed out colors on HDR source on SDR monitor

I am using SVP pro and I am getting washed out colors from a 4k HDR movie on my SDR monitor, is there any fix for this ?

Thanks! This has greatly improved the saturation but not as good as how it looks like on VLC but a huge improvement!

You can also use the new AviSynth Filter which supports HDR with madVR, instead of ffdshow. Then you can use madVR's higher quality HDR to SDR tone mapping.

Should I undo the settings I've done for SVP in order this this to work ?
Could you point me to a guide that shows me how to activate this
