Topic: why videos isn't smooth when i play it with svp with 60 fps ?

i have laptop hp 4520s with core i5 4300m and intel hd graphic card , i don't see any huge effect on the video as dell ispiron 5558 , is svp depends on gpu also ??

check the performance stats - cpu/gpu load, droped frames, fluency test...
2-cores laptop haswell is probably too slow for 1080p

More like 2-core '1st generation i-Core' laptop. i5 430m is not even close to be enough.

I would set 2x multiplier, Decrease to HD option unless screen is 1366x768, made sure there are 2 RAM sticks and... pray.

so if i upgrade cpu from core duo e7500 to core 2 quad q9650 with number of cores and threads 4 and 4 i will see improvement ?!
