...And how can I use RIFE to encode videos using SVP?

I'm not even at the script kiddie level of coder, so long as I'm able to C&P then I'm good, thanks in advance for any info you can share!

Optical flow is pretty much obsolete with its ugly wave artifacts RIFE is much better as it doesn't have the same artifacts, though it still fragments vertical lines with clothing, etc...
