MPC-BE x64 unable to locate Avisynth Filters on External filters

I have tried installing Avisynth+ manually and reinstalling the SVP 4 making sure all the DS64 components are installed, but the MPC-BE x64 unable to locate the Avisynth Filter on External filters.

I tried using the  ffdshow raw filter but the SVP 4 can't detect the active playback.
