Hello, how to fix articafcs more and why is evaluation version now?

I used software for about 10 days and i did reinstall and now i have evalutation version? It should be 30 days no?

Also how to fix artifacs during fast movie scenes? I want to maximize it and use power to fix it as much as possible.
