Topic: No playback detected even with built-in mpv

Hello
I have a problem that SVP can't detect video playback even with built-in mpv
This problem occur after I updated the Windows to 21H2 and SVP got RIFE update
Tried to reinstall SVP and rollback to 21H1 but still same
Also, there is a problem when I exit SVP, I must input the license key everytime I open it again (Still registered in License Manager, so I must remove it first)
How to solve this?

Re: No playback detected even with built-in mpv

I have received your problem report. I don't see any errors.
Try to open video with SVP menu: Open file via mpv...

Re: No playback detected even with built-in mpv

That's exactly what I did
Same with AVSF in other player
And my SVP still change to evaluation again everytime I exit it

Re: No playback detected even with built-in mpv

Oh, I got this error when try to transcode

broken permissions? try to delete (rename/backup) %APPDATA%\SVP 4 completely

Sadly, it didn't work
Probably SVP can't write license key and just stay in cache

After Playback has been loaded, suddenly "Playback [351881d2]: deleted" command appears and SVP doesn't work

Re: No playback detected even with built-in mpv

right click SVPManager.exe - properties - Digital signatures - details - view certificate
do you see any errors there?

from your logs I can see that the system gives "The time stamp signature or certificate could not be verified or is malformed" error
no idea why hmm the .exe is timestamped properly

most likely the problem is in root certificates
check the "certification path" page

Re: No playback detected even with built-in mpv

Nope, there's no errors

Re: No playback detected even with built-in mpv

The SVP version that I used before update its seems work correctly (Offline Installer)
There must be some problem with newer version in my Windows 10 after update

Re: No playback detected even with built-in mpv

the error tells about timestamp signature, not the main one
may be the problem is there, cause DigiCert cert is a new different one, even with the new root (DigiCert Trusted Root G4)

Thank you, the problem is done
I just need to manual download the certificates (because my PC doesn't have that certificates) from DigiCert

Re: No playback detected even with built-in mpv

And now RIFE working as it should
