Topic: My SVP doesn't work with LAV filters

I've tried many ways to make my SVP work with LAV filters, but I failed. I use Potplayer and check all the settings I need to change, just following the tutorials on the Internet. Though my SVP can work with FFmpeg, I still want to use LAV filters. Please help me.

Player MPC-HC uses LAV Filters by default.
potPlayer can do it too. My settings:

Check if you have installed LAV Filters?
Filter Management button at previous screen > select LAV Video Decoder > Filter Information
You must see LAV Video Decoder settings window:
