Topic: Cant send an email to support or licensing

Hello first of thanks so much for such a wonderful program! I've been using it for many years back when it was free, bought a license once the free version was no longer available because its such a good program. I was trying to send you guys an email to both support and licensing because I'm having an issue where I cant use the key manager web portal. I tried sending you an email explaining the issue in detail with my original sign up email and license key but the emails keep getting rejected as spam. I used the same email that got rejected as spam to sign up for this forum and to make this post, I sure would appreciate some technical assistance on both fronts being able to access the web management portal and being able to email you guys if I have issues in the future!

I'm totally sure it isn't our mail server that rejects messages but yours. There're a lot of spam in our mailboxes big_smile marked as "spam" but not rejected...

If its in your mailbox can you search for it? It will be from same email I signed up for this forum account with which clearly got the confirmation reply from you guys. I'm really at a loss as to why my license code is all of sudden not working on your web management portal which I have 100% percent used and it worked in the past to reset the license for a fresh OS install.

I mean our mail server doesn't reject spam messages at all.
You can write to PM instead...
