Nvidia RTX Video Super Resolution with SVP is possible with mpc-hc :D

I used this project to get RTX in MPC-HC

This version of MPC-HC
https://github.com/clsid2/mpc-hc/releases/

Setup is easy as Inside MPC-HC, go to View > Options > Playback > Output, and pick MPC Video Renderer from the dropdown list.

Not sure if RTX is upscaling the interpolated frames or SVP is interpolating the upscaled frames though?
