Topic: Can't transcode after updating

I've had the program for over a few years now and have never updated.  I just decided to try and update today and now I cannot transcode any videos.  I tried to uninstall and reinstall but that didn't help.  I need help getting the transcoding to work again please.  I'm running Windows 7 x64.  Is there any way I can just access and download older versions of this software?  I don't know which version I had before the update, I only know it worked and now it doesn't.

Here is what the error code says:  (every time it fails, it ends with this same code)

You need to (re)install VapourSynth components via SVP maintenance tool:
- [VPS_64] core for Vapoursynth
- [VPS_64] mpv video player

I did that and it didn't work.  It still gives the same error message.  It seems many people are complaining about this update causing problems.  Is there any way to revert the update?  Or download a standalone installer for an older version?  I've paid for this software so I was hoping I could have that kind of support option.

Try to install offline package: https://www.svp-team.com/files/svp4-latest.php?offline

offline version: 4.6.0.220
online version: 4.6.0.246

Last time the issue was python version support in win7.
Python latest version is not compatible to windows 7 any more.
Have you any plans to update to windows 10 near future?

Now I'm getting a different error.

I don't have the option to move to windows 10 right now.  Can you please give me a link for an older version?  I purchased this software on 4-27-2022, so can you just link the version that was out at that point in time?  That would seem to be a likely solution.

you can update it, just don't update Python and Vapoursynth packages
