Topic: watching movies SMOOTHLY on a 30hz TV

Hi,

Since I currently can only get 12 bits out of my 2080ti to my LG G3 TV when I set the refresh rate to 30hz, and movies that I try to run (HDR DV 2160p / 1080p) run with stuttering, is there any way my licensed SVP PRO 4 can come to the rescue ? if it can, can someone help me configure it to play the movie smoothly ?

my videocard is a 2080ti and won't output 10bit+ unless the refresh rate is <=30.

it's not clear why you set refresh rate to 30 Hz?
SVP won't help much in this case.
