Issue with license key when changing Timezone

Hello,

I active my license key on Windows 10, and time zone, Date and Time Formats is USA. Because I want play games, so I change Date and Time Formats from USA to Korea. Suddenly, the license key is inactive.
Then, I tried changing Date and Time Formats back to USA, and license key is active again.
