Which 'Intel NUC' can reliability do 40k60HDR (from 4k30)

Hi, I want to use an small form factor intel NUC to drive my 4k60 projector.  (Projector is mounted in a cavity in the roof with a motorized drop down mount and there is room to put a NUC up there with it).

But I'm not sure what spec intel NUC is required to get reliable 4k 60 HDR10 (from 4k30 HDR10)

Would an i5-1235U work? 
   12th gen cpu
    2x P cores turbo at 4.40 GHz
    8x E cores turbo to 3.3 GHz
    Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics eligible

Does SVP work best with fast cores or more cores?
