Topic: I install the lastet svp but still need to install Rosetta 2

I find this in WIKI

SVP 4.5.205 and later supports both x86 (Intel) and native ARM video players. Native SVPflow libraries + mpv give ~50% performance improvement over x86 versions running via Rosetta 2.


Why I need to install Rosetta 2 and In system information this App is still Intel not general version or Apple silicon version?

because SVP's "control panel" itself is an Intel application

Does the team have any plans to change it to a pure arm version? I always feel that Rosetta 2 has poor performance.

control panel's performance is not related to video playback performance
