Topic: Subtitles are disappearing

When I enable the SVP, the video's subtitles disappear. I created a support ticket via the software, but nobody replied.

Looks like English subtitles are hardcoded into the black area below the picture.
Try to disable option Video frame > Detect and cut off black bars
